Four Nice Houses on the Nicest Street in Evansville
We take pride in owning four of the nicest rental houses near UE. All of our houses are on South Lincoln Park Drive just 1/2 block from campus and all back onto the campus property. We are not affiliated with UE.
Our houses are uniquely suited to college students. They are all within easy walking distance of campus. We stock the kitchens with pots and pans, dishes, and flatware. Our houses also have couches and dining tables to make it easy to move in. We include the utilities in the rent (subject to a cap) so that you do not have to contract with the utility companies for gas, electric, water, and trash. For the convenience of parents, we can accept rent on a monthly basis or for a whole semester.
