Our Properties
The Manor House
The Manor House is located at 533 S. Lincoln Park Drive, 1/2 block from campus. It is a two-story home with three bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a powder room downstairs. It also has an unfinished basement.
The Manor House has hardwood floors throughout. It is partially furnished with leather sofa and loveseat and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and utensils. It also has a washer and dryer.
The Manor House is a favorite among sorority girls and is sometimes referred to as simply the AOII house. But it has been home to girls from other sororities in past years.
Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is located at 523 S. Lincoln Park Drive, 1/2 block from campus. It has four bedrooms It has two bedrooms and a full bath on the ground floor and a bedroom and a full bath on the second floor. The partially finished basement has a fourth bedroom and a 3/4 bath along with a washer and dryer.
Rose Cottage has a kitchen with a small dining area and a living room. The kitchen is stocked with an assortment of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. There is a small dining table and chairs. The Livingroom comes with a couch. The ground floor has hardwood floors and the second floor is carpeted. There is also a two car garage.
The Nunnery

The Nunnery is located at 425 S. Lincoln Park Drive, 1/2 block from campus. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It also has a kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room, and an extra common room with a working fireplace that is currently being used as a study room. It has an unfinished basement and a two-car garage.
The Nunnery is partially furnished. It comes with a leather sofa and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glasses and utensils.
The Stone House
The Stone House is located at 515 S. Lincoln Park Drive, 1/2 block from campus. It is the newest addition to our group of houses.
The Stone House is a single story home. It has two large bedrooms, a den that can be used as a bedroom, and a second family room which can also be used as a bedroom. It has a retro kitchen with a dining area with corner windows, a living room with a fireplace, a full bath with double vanities, and a powder room.
The Stone House is partially furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sectional sofa, and three beds. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and utensils.
